Welcome to Remotenetworx! Our platform is designed to connect talented network engineers (hereinafter referred to as “Engineers”) with companies and individuals (“Employers”) for specialized network tasks. By using our website, you agree to comply with the following rules and conditions.
1. User Responsibilities
- All users: Must provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and their professional background. Creating multiple accounts or using another person’s data is prohibited.
- Engineers: Must ensure they possess the stated skills and qualifications for the jobs they apply for.
- Employers: Must clearly and truthfully describe job requirements, working conditions, and make timely payments according to agreed terms.
2. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform:
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Insults, threats, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior towards other users.
- Sending spam or unsolicited commercial offers through private messages.
- Attempting to bypass platform fees by making deals outside of the platform.
- Infringing intellectual property rights or posting someone else’s content without permission.
- Any actions aimed at disrupting the site’s operation, including using malicious software.
3. Consequences of Violations
We take compliance seriously. In case of violations of these Terms, Remotenetworx administration reserves the right to apply the following measures:
- Content hiding: Specific posts (jobs, reviews, messages) violating the rules may be hidden from public view. This is considered a “soft block.”
- Account blocking: In case of serious or repeated violations, your account may be blocked. This means:
- You will not be able to log in to your account.
- All your content (jobs, reviews, chats, messages) will be hidden across the platform.
- If you are an engineer, you will be removed from all active projects.
- If you are an employer, all your active job postings will be hidden, and assigned engineers will be removed from them.
- Account deletion: In extreme cases, the violator’s account may be permanently deleted without the possibility of recovery.
The decision to apply any of these measures is at the sole discretion of the administration.
